Lake view Resort, Netarhat has a knowledgeable traveler with certain comprehensive conditions.
You can avail by accepting these conditions and we assure you the best services with your tailor-made travel plan.

  • Stag’s are not allowed.
  • No drinking is allowed on the property
  • Outside foods are not allowed in hotel premises.
  • Pets are not allowed
  • No Cancellation Policy – No refund against cancellation
  • In case of No Electricity, Air Conditioning will not function
  • Couples below 18 years are not allowed.
  • Only Government or corporate officers are allowed to stay in hotel as a bachelors.
  • ID Proof is mendatory for all guest and concent.
  • Consumption of alchohal within premises strictly prohibited.
  • Right of reserve.
  • Double Occupancy pax will include 2 Adult & 2 kid below 10 yrs age.
  • Check In Time – 1 P.M and Check Out Time – 10 AM.
  • Booking is allowed 1 month before.
  • Booking is available for same day till 4 PM, if the rooms are vacant.

Area of Jurisdiction if any dispute arise will be in Latehar court, Jharkhand.
